We are located on the north side of Cornhusker and east of 66th Street in Papillion. There are 200 lots in our subdivision.

The Next Eagle Crest HOA Monthly Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday June 17th, 2025, at the Sump Memorial Library from 7:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and All Eagle Crest Residents are welcome and encouraged to participate if at all possible.
A board member brought up damaged sidewalk concerns in the neighborhood, it is the property owners responsibility to make repairs on sidewalks to prevent trip hazards. We would highly suggest you look at your sidewalks and correct any problems before someone gets seriously injured on your property.
Your Eagle Crest HOA has sent out your Annual HOA Dues Invoice which were due by Monday May 6th, 2025. If you have not made a payment yet you may send in your check payment via the USPS which is the best option for the HOA do to checks not having any service fees or you can also use the "Pay Your HOA Dues" tab to use Venmo or PayPal on this website, but they charge a service fee to the HOA which reduces the funds we collect.
The 4th of July Picnic will be held on Saturday June 28, 2025, the Children's Parade will begin at 10:30 a.m.Lunch and other activities will start at 11:00 a.m. and end at 1:00 p.m.A flier will be mailed out with all the details or Click Here.
The Eagle Crest Homeowner's Association Board consists of uncompensated residents of Eagle Crest elected by homeowners.
The HOA has no authority over you or your home. However, the city has codes and ordinances for all of its residents.
The HOA exists for the good of Eagle Crest. We apply for Grant Money that’s available to help with some of the qualified expenses we occur.
The HOA attempts to foster a spirit of community and maintain home values within Eagle Crest by contracting to maintain the entrances and Islands, the butterfly garden and staining of the fence along Cornhusker including Entrance Monuments and Fence Columns maintenance.
We also host an annual Fourth of July picnic for all as an opportunity for neighbors to get together and get to know each other.
Should a matter arise which requires action by the City of Papillion, the Board would advocate on behalf of residents before the City Council or needed department Official.
Your Eagle Crest HOA Board wanted you to know the Expenses for the last year, which run from June 01,2023 until May 31, 2024, so they are posted under the Community tab in the Announcements tab and under the All-Documents tab in the Financials 2024 tab.
I have added this"Pet Registry"tab as well as a tab under the Community tab above so you can now register any of your pets and any information about them you want on your Eagle Crest Neighborhood HOA Website. Hopefully this will come in handy if any of them would get lost and need to be identified to help them get back home safely. Let us know what you think.

The Police Chief recommends that people call the non-emergency phone number (402-597-2035) at any time and make sure you follow the prompts after hours to reach dispatch about non-street legal vehicles “such as Mini Bikes, Go-carts, Golf Carts and ATV’s” being on the neighborhood roads or in our neighborhood park, or any other suspicious activity and if an officer is available they will respond by sending out a cruiser.

The Last Eagle Crest HOA Annual General Membership Meeting was held at the Papillion LaVista High School on May 12th, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. Thanks to all Eagle Crest Residents that showed up and participated.
The May 19th, 2025, Eagle Crest HOA Monthly Board Meeting was held at the Sump Memorial Library "Election of Officers Occurred" and was open to all the Eagle Crest Residents and meeting was successfully completed. Thanks to all that showed up and participated.
